Are You Included as a Fan Of Colorado’s ‘Most-Popular’ Crime TV Show?
There's no question that "crime" is a huge category when it comes to pop culture cravings. That's been going on for years, and it's continuing its streak in Colorado.
You'd be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn't like some sort of crime show on TV, they're so prevalent. Whether they be 'true-crime' shows, dramatizations drawn from the headlines, or just plain fiction, America just can't seem to get enough.
I'm not a trained psychologist, but I'd be that our collective fascination in crime, is about making us feel better about ourselves. No matter how down on yourself you might be, there's no way you'd ever be these people you see doing these crimes, right? Again, I'm not trained in any way, shape or form.

Honestly, there must be hundreds of crime shows to select from to watch. That makes it hard to believe that they were able to ascertain what single one that Coloradans love the most. The people at E-Conolight.com, which helps you decide on lighting around your home and such, went on an investigation to determine each state's favorite crime tv show.
They took a list of the 75 most popular crime TV shows and gauged their search volume, via Google Trends, from January 2021 to January 2022. 32 show on their list of 75 show actually made the list. Colorado's choice matched Texas and Washington state. I'm not sure how that makes me feel, when you find out what show that is.

What? With 'Ozark' along with 'Sons of Anarchy' being on the list, I'm just dumbfounded as to how the new (I presume new, it does not say) 'Twin Peaks - The Return' on Showtime rates as our most-popular/favorite.
I think we need to put Monk on this one.
