I lived in the south for a few years and one of the places we loved to eat at is finally coming to Colorado. According to 9 News, a southern chicken fast food restaurant is finally going to open its first location in the state of Colorado.

Construction on this fast-food restaurant in Colorado is currently underway in Pueblo, Colorado. The first Bojangles restaurant in the state will be located inside the TravelCenters truck stop at 1275 Drew Dix Parkway.

Bojangles Chicken Arrives in Colorado in 2025

Bojangles has been operating in the southern part of the United States for nearly 50 years. Today, Bojangles has approximately 800 restaurants in 17 states and employs more than 9,000 people.

Bojangles is famous for its breakfast chicken biscuits and Colorado is in for a treat. My personal favorite has to be the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit. Bojangles currently has ten different offerings when it comes to biscuit meals for breakfast. A restaurant that specializes in fried chicken also has to have a plentiful array of fried chicken offerings, and Bojangles has just that. From chicken strips to full-on fried chicken family meals, Bojangles has your crispy chicken fix.

9 News says that the first Colorado Bojangles location will open in mid-2025. Even more locations are planned, with the second coming to another TravelCenters of America location in the Denver Metro Area next year. Currently, there is no word on where the second location of Bojangles will be or when exactly the second fried chicken restaurant will open. What we do know is that we are excited to see Bojangles' fried chicken finally arrive in the state of Colorado.
