2. Denver Nuggets Popcorn Prank on Former Forward

In 2010, a former Nuggets ball boy got Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin's car keys and filled the inside of his car with buttered popcorn.... Which, by itself, might not be so bad, but it's worth nothing that the car had a white interior.

After Martin found his popcorn-stuffed car, he returned to the locker room in a not-so-great mood. He was so upset that he even sat out the playoffs. The locker room audio is below:

3. Denver International Airport Confirmed Conspiracies

There are a lot of conspiracies surrounding DIA, from lizard people to Blucifer, and in 2015, DIA decided to use those conspiracies to their advantage. They ‘confirmed’ that lizard people lived under the airport and are plotting to take over the world, and that there's an “underground network… a private site for our ‘elite’ New World Order travelers who value privacy and exclusivity.’

4. The Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout Stunt

Rocky Mountain Oysters are just a part of Colorado culture, and I'm sure we don't need to tell you that beer is also a true pillar of our community. However, a mix between the two? That just seems wrong.

But that's what Wynkoop Brewing Co. did for their 2012 April Fool's Day joke. However, they didn't just create the oyster-brew concoction with a “strong regional flavor”, they actually sold it to customers, too.

Wynkoop Brewing used organic Colorado malts, Front Range hops, Rocky Mountain water and, you guessed it, bull testicles from free-range Colorado cattle. They even entered the drink into the Great American Beer Festival, proving that when they commit to a joke, they don't go by halves.
