2017 Was Deadliest Year in Over a Decade on Fort Collins Roads

2017 was a dangerous and deadly year for motorists on the streets of Fort Collins.

The death toll on the roads almost doubled from 2016 where 8 people were killed to 14. In 2015, only 4 people died. Seven passengers, drivers, four motorcyclists and three pedestrians died in 13 crashes in 2017. The data shows that there was 7.9 fatal crashes per 100,000 people last year.
