2015 is Shaping Up to Be A Big Year for Country Music, and the New Artists Could Be Stars!

2015 is shaping up to be the "Year of the Newbie" with a group of incoming artists to Nashville who are sure to take the format and the country by storm! I honestly can't think of a time that I have been this excited about the new artists who you'll hear on the radio this year. Here are some of my favorites, and who I think Northern Colorado should watch out for this year. Who knows...maybe we'll see some of these artists at our "New from Nashville" series if they haven't been there yet!

The first person that I would think you should be watching out for is the man you see in the picture above...

LOGAN MIZE

Logan had a guest appearance already on the CW's Hart of Dixie and his debut song was downloaded over 100k times already! Here is his debut song, "Can't Get Away From A Good Time"!

MO PITNEY

You may remember Mo Pitney from our "New from Nashville" at the Boot Grill in Fort Collins in November. Mo has the sound of the country music that we all grew up with. Click the video below to get to know Mo Pitney!

COURTNEY COLE

I just came across Courtney a couple weeks ago and in a format where it's been so tough for new females to breakthrough, I think Courtney has a great chance of having a HUGE impact! The theme of her music? It's OK to be YOURSELF! Click the video below to find out more about Courtney!

OLD DOMINION

Lastly...one group you may not have heard from yet but I promise you'll see big things from is the group Old Dominion! They'll actually be on the road for a good chunk of 2015...opening up for a certain country artist by the name of Kenny Chesney. You may know him? I'd say that's a BIG deal for a new group. Below is the video for their song "Shut Me Up"!

And I wasn't even able to get to other new artists that have me excited for 2015...like Steven Lee Olsen, Kelsea Ballerini, and MORE!
