15 People Charged in Fort Collins Riot

Fort Collins police have concluded the investigation into the April 27, 2013 parties in the Summerhill neighborhood that turned into a riot. A total of 15 people involved in the disturbance have been identified and charged with the following:

Inciting a Riot:

•  Kyle Stephen Griffin, Wellington, charged with Inciting a Riot
• Kodi Don Noel, charged with Inciting a Riot

Engaging in a Riot:

• Cameron Walker Isaacks,  Engaging in a Riot
• Joseph Daniel Steinkirchner, charged with Engaging in a Riot, CSU Student

Disorderly Conduct:

•  Houwer (Mike) Omar Argueta-Garcia, Carbondale, CO, cited for Disorderly Conduct, CSU student

 Nuisance Gathering:

• Jared Charles Doll, Fort Collins
• Ethan Leslie Lewinskas-Hodgson, CSU student
• Jeremy Brian Smith, CSU Student
• Michael Aaron King, CSU Student
• Andrew Ellipsis Simmons, Fort Collins
