The annual Christmas Boutique & Pictures with Santa benefit is an event put on by Zac's Legacy Foundation. But this year they are going further by helping the kids in Evans.

Zac's Legacy founder, John Carlson, decided to try something different this year to help the families in Evans who were devastated by our recent flood. So it was decided that Zac’s Legacy along with Toys for Tots, The Evans Area Chamber, the City of Evans, Evans Fire and Police Departments and Photogenix would combine forces and help make Christmas that much brighter for many in Evans.

To get things kicked off, the Evans Fire Protection District will be hosting a boot drive to promote the event at Sam’s Club in Evans this Saturday, December 7th.

The City of Evans, Zac’s and The Evans Area Chamber are seeking donations of new toys or cash that may be dropped off at the Recreation Desk at the City Complex, Zac’s Legacy Foundation office at 2900 W 29th St. Suite #1 or The First Assembly of God Church at 3000 W. 16th Street in Greeley - John Carlson

Then coming up Saturday, December 21st, those families who were affected by the flood are invited to bring the kids to the Evans Recreation Center (1100 37th Street) between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The first 200 will get a free picture with Santa himself and a nice Christmas gift.
