The AVTT Traveling Vietnam Wall is in Dacono This Week
There are few things on this earth that are more fulfilling than helping those who have helped you. There is no one who has helped all of us on this more than our veterans. The ones who most deserve our gratitude are the ones who are no longer with us. The ones who gave all. There is a chance for you to show your gratitude this month when the AVTT Traveling Vietnam Wall comes to Carbon Valley, at Furniture Row in Dacono, September 15-18. Today (Thursday, September 15) opening ceremonies begin at 1 pm. Closing ceremonies are at 3 pm on the 18th.
One of the most important things they would like to accomplish is reading all of the 58,000 plus names on the wall from opening to closing day. They are looking for folks who can do a 15 minutes shift of reading sections. You can do as many as you can handle. They need you and you will feel great about giving back to such a great cause. Click on the link below and then hit "Volunteer" in the upper right hand corner. God bless our veterans.
