In what we can sum up as a head scratcher, a former Denver country radio morning show host is suing Taylor Swift after accusations that he "grabbed her bottom" got him fired from his job.

David Mueller, who was formerly half of the "Jackson & Ryno" duo, was let go from his job in June, 2013 after the incident allegedly occurred at a Swift concert at the Pepsi Center. Swift allegedly claims that Mueller lifted her "skirt with his hands and grabbed her bottom". Swift's security team then approached Mueller and his girlfriend about the claim, and removed them from the Pepsi Center.

After the incident occurred, Mueller was let go from his position in Denver morning radio immediately. The lawsuit is look to pay back Mueller the lost income he had with his lost position. At the time he was let go, he was making $150,000/year.

Mueller maintains his position that he never inappropriately touched Taylor Swift and alleges that someone else at the station talked about "putting his hands on her bottom".

A spokesperson for Taylor Swift told CNN that "the radio station was given evidence immediately after the incident. They made their own independent decision".

Mueller's career spanned over 20 years in the radio business.
