College tuition isn't cheap. Even CSU President Dr. Tony Frank knows that. He has teamed up with artist Karina Mullen and the CSU video production department to make a very creative video to explain how a student's tuition dollars are spent at Colorado State University.

Dr. Frank explains how the university balances tuition and state funding to cover the cost of education — and exactly where those tuition dollars go.
