What’s the Most Unusual Food You Have Eaten on a Stick?

Fairs and festivals have some of the most unique foods and a lot of them come on sticks. I have had gator on a stick, monkey balls on a stick, corn dogs, cheesecake on stick and much more. It seems like every carnival or fair tries to out do the others and come up with something new on a stick.

My friend Jim was at the Minnesota State Fair the other day and sent me a picture of the Hot Dish on a Stick booth he was at. He said it was delicious. That is one of those "only in Minnesota" kind of entrees.
