What Is Your Favorite Thanksgiving Day Food? [POLL]

I love Thanksgiving Day food!  Why don't we have it more often? I love the turkey, I love the stuffing or dressing as my Grandma called it.  I love the pumpkin pie with lots of cool whip, but most of all I love the turkey gravy with a few giblets in it.  If I could only eat my Father-in-law's gravy and I would probably be happy.  What is your favorite Thanksgiving Day food?
