What Do You Think of the Broncos Hiring of Vance Joseph? [POLL]

I have to admit that I was rather shocked when the Broncos announced they had already hired a new head coach yesterday. I was also shocked to hear it was Vance Joseph. I am just a fan and not smart enough to be in the front office but I am not sure about this one. I hope I am proved wrong but this was not the hire I was expecting or am real excited about.

I thought our issues were on offense and was thinking we would get an offensive minded head coach and let Wade Phillips continue to do his wizardry with the defense. Vance was the defensive coordinator for the 29th ranked defense in the league in Miami so I guess I just don't really get it. Again, I hope I am totally wrong. What do you think of the hiring?
