Elvis has always been my hero. The king just oozed cool and was the greatest singer and star the world has ever seen. He shaped our culture in music, fashion and much more. He earned the title “The King”. One of the reasons I had such great respect for him was that he knew what he was…an entertainer.

So many of today’s stars feel we need to know everything about what they are thinking. We get endless tweets and news stories of them expressing their views on politics and the world. I want to hear you sing not tell me your views on gun control. Hank Jr., The Dixie Chicks, Kid Rock and others could learn a lesson from Elvis. Check out how he responded when asked a political question.
