Perhaps the biggest national story of this week was of the woman who has made it a routine to jog by a certain family's house in Colorado Springs, defecate on the sidewalk, and continue on her journey.

Not to miss a promotional beat, Charmin jumped on what they brightly perceive as a major advertising opportunity (you notice it's working already, right?)  They are offering a free year's supply of their toilet paper to the person who turns in "The Mad Pooper."

Let's face it, this isn't a bad payoff.  Charmin is the good stuff!  Dollar-wise, though, how would this stack up for your household, say, versus a more typical $5000 cash offering?  In mine, it's too close to call.
