It's Time To Cook The Turkey! This Year I Am Considering Stuffing The Mighty Bird. I Am Not A Huge Bird Stuffer, In Fact, It Scares Me A Little. There Are So Many Little Warriors Out To Ruin Our Holiday. These Little Warriors, Well, Some Call Them Bacteria And They Can Shut Down A Party Faster Than A Fire Hydrant At A Dog Show. I Don't Want To Make Anyone Sick, But I Want To Conquer This Great Task Once And For All. After Watching The Video With Alton Brown, I Am More Concerned Than Ever Before, Don't Get Me Wrong, I Think That It Is A Great Video And Full Of Great Information, But With All The Variables Involved With A Potentially Soggy Outcome, I May Pass On Stuffing The Bird.
