I am a sucker for a soulful sounding voice. I love a vocalist who sounds like they have lived or least believe every word they are singing. Travis Tritt has been doing that for decades and shows no signs of slowing down as he celebrates his 54th birthday today.

Travis has a killer new album out called "A Man and His Guitar" featuring guest stars like our buddy, the amazing, James Otto. Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy today. I recently downloaded it and also grabbed his old greatest hits album too. I have been on a bit of Tritt kick lately and it has reminded me how many killer tunes this guy has released.
