I have my routines and for the most part, I think that they work pretty well. You would never guess that I am actually 80! LOL But seriously, I know that it is a huge concern for some, so here are a few tips I have found that might help.

  • Electric Facials: they are becoming more and more popular and add a little extra tightening (I do regular facials every six weeks and feel they help too, I know they calm me and reset me, which makes me FEEL younger)
  • Lymphatic massages and detoxing body wraps can refresh the whole body
  • Grow out your hair and add some subtle highlights
  • Brighten up dull teeth, a whiter smile gives you a more youthful appearance
  • Remove make-up before bed, every night!!!
