One of my favorite foods is pizza. I could eat pizza a few nights a week and be a happy man. There is nothing like sitting in a pizzeria and having a hot pie brought to your table. It seems to taste so much better served hot with the gooey cheese stretching and reaching out for you as you serve yourself a slice of happiness. There are times when you have to break down and make a frozen pizza to cure your pie craving and it is there I run into a very odd problem.

This can't just happen to me, but I have never really heard anyone else complain about it. I am talking about the unexplained scientific phenomenon knows as Tombstone Taco Sydrome or TTS if you will. TTS strikes me at least 4 out of 5 times I make a frozen Tombstone pizza. This is where you put your pizza in the oven, as directed, but when you check on it about 10 minutes later it is curled up like a taco or cowboy hat. I am baffled. I have tried a lower heat, less baking time, you name it, I have tried it. I cannot solve this mystery. I need Scooby Doo and Shaggy to come solve this one. Does it happen to you too? Do you have a cure for TTS? Help me!
