The Green Chile Taste Test

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a green chile fanatic! Some would go as far as calling it an addiction. This roasting season I have bought 3 1/2 bushels of green chile and I plan on buying even more to last me until next season. Some of my fellow coworkers have never tried green chiles before... Living in Colorado, this is completely and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I almost lost sleep knowing that they have never experienced the joy of green chile. I felt that there was no other option than to pick some up and expose them to what they have been missing out on.

I like the hotter peppers and I don't normally pick up the mild chiles, but decided to for this round to ease them in to the heat. All of us taste tested the mild, medium, hot and the extra hot dynamite chile. Some of us were in visible pain and others like myself just enjoyed the heat! Check out the video:
