My all time favorite country band is The Mavericks. I have been a fan since the first time I heard the stunning voice of lead singer Raul Malo. There are some great bands in country. I feel Alabama is greatest of all time. I am a huge fan of The Cadillac Three, Zac Brown Band and A Thousand Horses but The Mavericks are the best of the best for me. They have such a unique sound that really is undefined by any format. They just make good music.
