The 5 Restaurants Todd Eats at the Most in Fort Collins
Yesterday Brian wrote about the 5 restaurants he eats at the most in Greeley. I live in Fort Collins and we are blessed to have so many great restaurants. I could make a list of 25 that I love. However, I will keep it to the 5 restaurants that I eat at the most.
This little Italian restaurant at 310 West Prospect Rd. is right across from The Hilton. It doesn't look like much, but the food is delicious. If I want pizza, this is where I go. They have the best in Fort Collins.
I have eaten at the Moot House a lot lately. It is my mother-in-law's favorite restaurant and when I have lunch with someone, I usually end up there. I especially like their calamari. You can find the Moot House on College Avenue, just south of Drake.
Austin's could very well be my favorite restaurant in Fort Collins, I just don't make it there as often as I would like. There are two locations, one in Old Town and one on Harmony Road. If I go to Austin's I have to get the rotisserie chicken. It is to die for. Austin's was on the top of my list for "Six Fort Collins Restaurants Where I Always get Great Food".
2. Young's Cafe
If I want Asian food in Fort Collins, it's Young's Cafe. No one else is even close. They are simply the best. Young's has Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine. I didn't even know I liked Vietnamese food before my wife and I found Young's. My wife and I can make a meal out of their spring rolls and wonton noodle soup and often do. If we get take out, it is usually from Young's Cafe.
If I want to go out with my wife on Friday or Saturday night, I will usually suggest Carrabba's. I fell in love with them ever since I first tasted their chicken marsala at Taste of Fort Collins years ago. I have never been disappointed at Carrabba's. I love their bread and oil with spices that they bring out for everyone. I love their house salad and I love anything with their marsala sauce on it. Carrabba's Italian Grill is the restaurant I eat at the most in Fort Collins.
