How Much Snow Will the Fort Collins Area Get This Time? (Hazardous Weather Outlook In Effect)

A winter storm is-a-brewin', we had highs around 60 yesterday and a chance of snow tonight and tomorrow here in the front range. Right now our forecast is calling for a 70% chance of snow tonight and tomorrow, calling for one to five inches possible.

How much, if any, of those glorious white flakes are we going to actually see? (I feel sorry for any meteorologist charged with predicting our Colorado weather patterns.)

The Larimer County Sheriffs Office said additional rain overnight did not cause any new problems but we are on high alert for flooding again today in Larimer County. Fort Collins crews are monitoring the Poudre River closely as the forecast is for an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain.
