Yesterday our web question was, "What is your favorite Summer Olympics sport"?  Gymnastics ran away with it with nearly half of all of the votes.  We are hoping today's poll is a little closer. American Ryan Lochte Wins First Gold for USA

Swimmer Ryan Lochte is the first American to strike gold at the 2012 London Olympics. Lochte took the top spot in the Men's 400-meter individual medley. Fellow American Michael Phelps finished a surprising fourth. Lochte defeated Phelps in the same event at the US Olympic Trials last month in Omaha.
