January 29, 2012 K99 is one for four radio stations across the country announced last week as a nominee for Radio Station of the Year in the 'Small Market' category by the Academy of Country Music. K99 was nominated by the Country Music Association last year for a similar award. The 2012 ACM Award winners will be announced on April 1st in Las Vegas.
First of all, a big thank you to YOU for choosing K99 when you turn the radio on! Next, a big congrats to all who are involved here at K99. From the management, to the promotions and events team, sales staff, the folks involved with the commercials, and everyone on the air. It's truly a team effort, and now K99 has been chosen as one of four finalists for the Acadamy of Country Music Awards Station of the Year; Small Market because of all of these things!

October 31, 2011 This past Saturday (Oct 29) was Windsor's "Trick-Or-Treat Street" day- as hundreds of kids with their parents visited local businesses to get lots of goodies!
For several years, Charley Barnes has been dressing up the outside of the station with all of his Halloween gear-- lots of spooky stuff!
But this year, we decided to bring it all inside to help ramp it up a bit!
All the kids (well, the ones who weren't spooked to bad :) ) had a lot of fun...

October 17, 2011 Today the Country Music Association announced the CMA Broadcast Award Winners. K99 was nominated for "CMA Small Market Radio Station of the Year". Brian Gary, Todd Harding, and Susan Moore were finalists for the "CMA Small Market Broadcast Personality of the Year". Unfortunately, we didn't win this year, but it was an honor to be nominated.
September 6, 2011 K99 and The Good Morning Guys have both been honored by the Country Music Association. K99/KUAD is a finalist for Small Market Radio Station of the Year! Brian, Todd, and Susan are finalists for Small Market Personality of the Year. The JaneDear girls announced this year's CMA Broadcast Personality and Radio Station of the Year finalists this morning (9/6/11) at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.
