The District Attorney's Office has ruled that the Greeley Police officer involved in the fatal shooting of a man in February was justified in using lethal force.
The Greeley Police Department arrested a 32-year-old man who was wanted for stealing credit and debit cards out of people's garages and cars in northern Colorado.
