When I was growing up, country music filled my house. I was raised to the sounds of Charley Pride, Buck Owens, Willie Nelson and Glen Campbell. I used to really love Glen. Who didn’t enjoy “Wichita Lineman”, “Galveston” or “Rhinestone Cowboy”? Glen is battling Alzheimer’s and is hanging it up but has left us with a wealth of great music to enjoy for the ages. Back in 1977 this was the number one song in the country. Enjoy reliving those “Summer Nights”.
