Sneak Peek of Fort Collins MAX Bus Rapid Transit [PICTURES]

MAX Bus Rapid Transit service starts on Saturday, May 10 in Fort Collins! You can kick-off the start of MAX service with a ceremony at the new South Transit Center, and then ride the MAX to each of the stations for parties and entertainment.

MAX will run from 5 a.m. to midnight Monday through Saturday beginning on Saturday, May 10. There are no services on Sunday yet. Rides are only $1.25. Youth 17 and under ride free.

MAX has 14 stations along the Mason Corridor including: The Downtown Transit Center, Mountain Station, Olive Station, Mulberry Station, Laurel Station, University Station, Prospect Station, Spring Creek Station, Drake Station, Swallow Station, Horsetooth Station, Troutman Station, Harmony Station, and the South Transit Center.

I had the opportunity to get a sneak peek of MAX yesterday with my wife.  They let us go on the bus and take lots of pictures of the  MAX Bus Rapid Transit in action.
