Shane Madsen Memorial Poker Run in May Will Benefit AHA

Here is another fantastic way to raise money for the American Heart Association, meet new friends and enjoy Colorado. Fire up the bikes and bring a smile.

Shane Madsen passed away last October and this Memorial Poker Run is not only to keep his memory alive but to raise money for the American Heart Association in their never ending fight to eradicate cancers once and for all.

The Memorial Poker Run will take place on Saturday, May 17. Registration takes place at 'Mels on Main Street' in Platteville (613 Main St.) starting at 9 a.m. Stops include Jerry D's, Derby Grill, The Burnout Grill and ends at the New Plantation (3520 11th Ave.) in Evans.

Cash prize for best hand, door prizes, burgers and brats, silent auction and more. All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association. For more information please call 970-581-0042.
