Rockies Open Three-Game Series Tonight in Los Angeles
May has been a struggle for the Colorado Rockies (13-17) who have gone 2-6 in the first nine days of the month. They’ll try to turn things around when they open a weekend series against the Los Angeles Dodgers (20-11) tonight at Dodger Stadium at 8:10 MT (TV: Root Sports).
Jamie Moyer (1-2, 4.01 ERA) is scheduled to start for the Rockies, with Chris Capuano (4-0, 2.21 ERA) taking the mound for the Dodgers.
Troy Tulowitzki is expected back in the Rockies’ lineup after sitting out Wednesday’s 6-2 win at San Diego with a sore left groin.
