Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department Poker Run July 15

Mark July 15 on your "ride" calendar and Ride the Rockies on the RCVFD Poker Run.  They run soley on donations so let's do them a favor while riding some of our favorite roads here in the great Rocky Mountains that many of us call home.

The guys that keep Rist and Buckhorn Canyons and Stove Prairie safe do so completely on donations.  Why is that anyway?  They don't even get a penny of tax dollars to cover 112 square miles out of 3 stations and 10 trucks!  So let's ride some of our favorite roads and help donate a few bucks to keep it from burning down someday.

Make plans to Ride the Rockies on July 15th in the 2nd Annual RCVFD Poker Run.

Entry fee is $20 and $10 for each additional hand.   Registration will be at Bob's Coffee Shop in Laporte located at 3522 WCR starting at 8:30AM and ends at the American Legion located at 2124 CR 54G in Fort Collins.

Last bike out at 10:30AM and lots of great prizes to win with awards being handed out for the Top 3 hands of the day.  Loose meat sandwiches and chips at the last stop and beverages abound as well.  Contact Bob's Coffee Shop in Laporte or the American Legion in Fort Collins for more info.
