With the new King Soopers and Burger King right across 10th Street at 71st Avenue in Greeley, the former Hewlett Packard site has impressive neighbors. Now, that location in west Greeley is getting ready to offer more retail on  20 of it's acres, tentatively planned to open this fall.

Mc Donalds plans to anchor a 6 pad commercial development that will be likely be home to a tire store, a gas station and a bank. While crews move dirt and remove over grown landscaping there are no plans to take down the actual HP building.  Greeley city officials predict the new retailers will enhance opportunities for investors to purchase the building.
