Recipe Rescue: Superbowl Snacks; First and Ten

This is a quick and easy recipe that will taste great hot, warm or cold.
What You’ll Need:
1 pkg Jalapeno Cheddar Tortilla’s, two boneless-skinless chicken breasts, pizza cheese, 1 pkg softened cream cheese, red hot buffalo wing sauce, a bunch of celery, butter, pickled jalapeno’s (optional)
Putting It All Together:
melt butter in medium skillet and cook chicken about six minutes on each side (cut the chicken in half lengthwise, as if butterflying before cooking) when chicken is cook set on cutting board, reduce heat on skillet and add about half a cup or more of the hot sauce, get all the bits that are stuck to the pan mixed in with the sauce and turn off heat. chop the chicken and put back into skillet, stir to coat.
pre heat oven to 425 degrees
spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the tortillas, top each with some of the chicken, sprinkle on pizza cheese and bake 12-15 minutes. Immediately after pulling pizza from the oven top with finely chopped celery (when chopping the celery, chop the leafy top steams as well) If you’d like drizzle a small amount of ranch over the pizza and top with a few pickled jalapenos.

The Greeley Stampede is coming up, and you know what that means. Corndogs, cowboy hats, concerts, and cars. One of the best parts of the 10-day festival is the demolition derby. Hundreds (yes, hundreds) of drivers will partake in the destructive chaos. This year's demolition derby will take place on July 7th at 2:00 PM, and tickets cost $20-25.
