I love steak, I love tortilla's and grilled everything, so this recipe is right up my alley. I don't always have time or remember to marinate stuff overnight so this works perfect. This recipe has great flavors with little effort. We're bringing the zing back into dinner, let's light the grill and get our spice on.

What You'll Need:

3 lb London broil
(on sale this week
at King Soopers)
1 Tbsp each; chili powder
and cumin
1 tsp each; oregano, garlic
powder and paprika
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne

1 hearts of romaine
olive oil
s/p to taste
1 package small flour tortilla's
1 small yellow onion
3 Roma tomatoes
pinch of cilantro
1 lime

Putting It All Together:

in a small bowl mix together
all the spices.
rub the spice mixture heavily
on both sides of the london broil.
let sit ten minutes at room temp.
preheat grill
finely chop onion and tomatoes,
scrape veggies plus juices on
cutting board into a small bowl
chop cilantro and add to veggies
top with the juice from the
lime. put in fridge till dinner
cut romaine in half lengthwise
drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle
with s/p. set aside
grill london broil to desired doneness,
medium rare has an internal temp of 145
pull meat and let rest, in the meantime
place romaine on the grill, about a minute
each side. remove from grill and chop.
slice the london broil against the grain
very thinly and it's time for dinner!
