Recipe Rescue: Seasonal Sensation; Cucumber Pasta Salad!

Now when Colton, my youngest boy, came home with this recipe after spending time with my mother in law, I was a bit skeptical. But my boy loves it so his mama made it and it is now a family favorite. Hope that you enjoy and with cucumbers coming up, well, you can only make so many pickles! Let's get stirring, mixing and eating.

What You'll Need:

1 lb macaroni
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
1 large cucumber
1 medium onion

in medium saucepan cook
macaroni.
while macaroni is cooking:
blend all other ingredients
in a blender till
smooth.
drain pasta, place in large bowl
and pour the cucumber sauce over
over the top, stir well to blend
sauce and pasta. garnish with
thinly sliced cucumbers.
