It's no secret, fish is good for you. Just this morning my doctor said, D, let's try eating some more fish! So today, we make fish. Let's preheat the oven and get crazy with a slab of salmon.

What You'll Need:

4 salmon fillet's

3 whole lemons, for juicing and garnish
2 Tbsp of dried dill or more if you like
4 Tbsp of unsalted butter
olive oil for drizzling
a pinch of coarse salt

Putting It All Together:

preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray baking sheet with cooking spray
drizzle each piece with some olive oil
place pad of butter in center
sprinkle on dill
top with two lemon slices
sprinkle with salt
bake for 15 to 20 minutes
serve with a creamy dill sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp minced garlic, the juice of half a lemon, pinch of salt, and dill to taste
