Whether you're serving broccoli to a crowd that isn't all eager about the little green trees or baked potatoes, this sauce is amazingly easy. Not to mention the right rescue for any meal. Let's hit the kitchen and become mad scientists, I'll grab the sauce pan.

What You'll Need:2 cups of milk

1 Tbsp flour
1 cup cheddar, shredded
1/4 cup coswald cheese w/ onion and chives
1/3 cup velveeta
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley, dried is fine
ground pepper to taste

Putting It all Together:

in a medium saucepan stir the
flour into the milk, continue
stirring for 3-5 minutes, once
it starts to bubble around the outer
edges add the cheddar cheese, stir
to combine then add the velveeta, stir
again and then add the coswald, once they
have creamed together you can add the garlic
and the parsley and pepper. keep stirring
for another few minutes and then turn heat
down to low. if sauce is too thin mix a tbsp
of butter with a little flour and stir it in
sauce slowly, but the sauce should firm up on its
own as it simmers on low.

pour a top all of your favorite foods, taste great
mixed in with pasta as well.
