I think that it goes without saying, but I love all types of foods. I enjoy Chinese food from time to time, but I don't always have the time, patience or energy to go out for it. Putting all of the essential ingredients together and throwing in some rice make this dish fairly easy and enjoyable. I use hamburger most of the time and it turns out different almost every time, that is likely due to the fact that measuring for me is a chore and I eyeball most ingredients. Yes, it is sometimes a struggle to actually put measurements to my recipes so that I can share them with you. I do enjoy it though. Making this dish I have had it turn out a bit dry and other times to soupy, so through the sands of time I have learned to adjust as I go. I have put those adjustments into this recipe so that you aren't stuck at dinner time staring at this dish and wondering what the heck you should do. Have I scared you away from 'Hotdish Goes Chinese'? Hopefully not, let's get cooking.
