One of the greatest things about pot roast is meat pie... perfect dish for the leftovers. I usually make a bigger roast than needed with more veggies to assure there will be leftovers just for this dish. Let's get cooking so we can eat.

What You'll Need:

your left over pot roast
refrigerated pie crust

Putting It All Together:

roll out crust to fit a medium
casserole dish

fit one crust on the bottom of the
dish
pour in left over pie
(add about a Tbsp of flour
to the cold left overs and
mix well before adding to
casserole dish)
roll out other crust and
put on top of the "pie"
filling
bake at 350 degrees
till bubbly and the crust
is golden brown
