I love chorizo! I like it in burritos', on my nacho's and I love to build a pizza around the distinct flavors of this incredible product. Come with me on a Chorizo ride...

What You'll Need:

4 10" flour tortilla's
12 oz Mexican Chorizo,
casing removed, cooked
and crumbled
4 Tbs Jalapeno salsa
4 Tbs softened cream cheese
1 cup Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
1 tomato
pickled jalapeno's, optional
handful cilantro, optional

Putting It All Together:

preheat oven to 450 degrees

coat each tortilla with a
tablespoon of cream cheese
and salsa
divide and sprinkle each tortilla
with chorizo evenly
top each 'pizza' with thinly
sliced tomatoes, jalapeno's (if using)
and the Monterrey jack cheese

put on coated cookie sheet
and baked till bubbly and
golden brown

garnish with chopped cilantro
