Rascal Flatts to Open Restaurant Chain

Rascal Flatts want to expand their rock solid brand with good eats. The power trio is planning to open a chain of restaurants this year, following in the footsteps of fellow country acts like Kenny Rogers and Toby Keith, who have successfully owned and operated eateries through the years.
Vocalist Gary LeVox told Country Weekly about the endeavor, saying, “We’re just trying to expand our brand and give fans something new and different from us.”
The singer did not share any pertinent details about the planned establishments, such as the name, where they will be located, how many restaurants they plan to launch in the initial phase, the type of food that will be offered on the menu or if there will be any sort of theme or tie in to the band’s music.
Whatever the case, the food business is certainly a smart foray and should up the ante when it comes to the band’s branding portfolio.
Something tells us that Rascal Flatts’ restaurants will likely feature Southern comfort food and family friendly fare, but that’s just an educated guess on our part. We’ll keep you posted on further developments as the Flatts enter the restaurant business.
In the meantime, the trio will release ‘Changed’ on April 3.
