Sunday marked the 1-year anniversary of our general manager Pat Kelley. He comes to us from Chicago, but we won't hold that against him. He is a big-city guy with a small-town heart. He even has family in Wellington and Wray, Colorado.

There are a few things I love about Pat:

  • His passion and drive to win. (I can count on one hand the times he hasn't hit his goals since he has been here!)
  • His great sense of humor. (See picture to the right.)
  • His huge heart. From the 28 Hours of Hope to the United Way Auction over the weekend, Pat really cares about our community.
  • He always has a positive attitude. It's infectious.
  • His commitment to K99 and all of our Townsquare properties. Whenever we have an event, Pat is there. We can't say that about all of our bosses in the past.
  • He has put up with our shenanigans for a year.
  • His ideals and values. Pat is the ultimate family man, and we are proud to have him as part of our family.

Happy anniversary boss. Can't believe it's been a year!

Thanks for allowing us to take over the radio station for a day with our 28 Hours of Hope!
