Looking for a chance to get your kids out from in front of the TV and get that Xbox controller out of their hands? Greeley has what you and your kids are needing, a little sample of the wide wild world of animals during Baby Animal Days at Centennial Village. Centennial Village is located at 1474 A street at Island Grove Park in Greeley. This is just another reason that I love my city of Greeley and am proud to have called it home for nearly three decades now. It has grown into a big city but has kept it's small town, cozy feel. I love the people of Greeley and cannot imagine living anywhere else. They always are doing cool things for the family like Baby Animal Days.

The event goes from 10-3 each day until May 1st so hurry up and get the gang there. The cost is a mere $2 for folks above the age of three. It is well worth a couple bucks to walk around and watch your children learn and smile without a computer device in hand. The people there were so kind to my grand kids and they will never forget the great time they had and the things they learned about agriculture and the coolness of hanging around real live animals. Those us who were lucky enough to grow up in a rural environment sometimes forget what a treat and rarity it is for kids to see what life is like without a picture screen in their faces. Treat yourself and your little ones to some fun at Centennial Village while you can.
