Missouri State Fair Rodeo’s “Obama” Clown Act Creates Controversy [VIDEO]

Over the weekend at the Missouri State Fair there was a clown act that has created a lot of talk. There was a rodeo clown who put on a mask of President Obama and the crowd was encouraged to cheer at the chance of Obama getting hammered by a bull. A big part of the controversy was when another clown was playing with lips on the mask which has turned it into a racially charged incident. The clown who did the act has now been banned from the fair.
