Mary Blair School in Loveland to Rally Tomorrow

Mary Blair Elementary School in Loveland made national news last week. The story began when a mother said her 7-year-old son was suspended from school for throwing an imaginary grenade. The District claims the truth is, the 2nd grader was actually issued a 2-hour in-school suspension for throwing rocks at other children on the playground.
Parents, students, and teachers are planning at rally a Mary Blair Elementary School in Loveland tomorrow in response to negative criticism the school has received over the news story.
The rally is to show support for the school. It will take place twice on Thursday outside Mary Blair Elementary School, 860 E. 29th St. Community members are invited to join parents and teachers at 8 a.m. and 3:20 p.m.
