Marine Lance Cpl. Dale W. Means - Died November 18, 2012 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom. Age 23, of Jordan, Minn.; assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 2, Combat Logistics Regiment 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.; died Nov. 18, while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

Army Sgt. Channing B. Hicks - Died November 16, 2012 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom. Age 24, of Greer, S.C.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kan.; died Nov. 16, in Paktika province, Afghanistan, from injuries suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device and small arms fire.
