Gotta make that dollar and climb the ladder right? That's what we are taught from an early age. You need to be successful in life. I believe success is measured in more than dollars or prestige. I believe wealth is measured by the happiness you feel and share. I am a very wealthy man. I don't have much money but I love what I do and I love that I get to make a difference in peoples lives with what I do for a living. That makes me feel like a very wealthy man. There is no better feeling than making someone else feel good.

Today is Workaholic Stop and Smell Something Day. This is the day to slow down and see what you might be missing in your daily quest to succeed in business and life. I think it's a good reminder of what is really important. We will not be remembered by the dollars we make. We will be remembered by the difference we make. Make a decision today to make a difference in the world not a dollar. The best things in life really are free...love and happiness make sure you stop and get a whiff of that today.
