Lance Armstrong has thrown in the towel saying he is done fighting and that all the years of 'doping' have taken their toll on not only him but his family and today he said enough was enough and decided to not fight the charges.

With the decision by Lance Armstrong and the USADA (United States Anti Doping Agency) today comes the loss of every title and win he has had since August 1, 1998 to the present.  That includes his seven Tour de France wins from 1999 through 2005.

Many are speculating now that since he doesn't want to fight these doping charges he must be guilty and the USADA claims that blood test in 2009 and 2010 were positive for doping agents.

According to ESPN news:

Armstrong disputed USADA's jurisdiction to strip the titles. He insisted that his decision is not an admission of drug use but a refusal to enter an arbitration process he believes is unfair.

Or is it?

Makes one think for sure.  We all can understand he must be getting very very tired of all the scrutiny but if you were innocent wouldn't you fight tooth and nail to not have your image tarnished let alone have 7 Tour de France titles stripped away from you?  I would go to great lengths to protect my name and career and everything I had accomplished...if I had truly obtained them legally.
