Kenny Chesney Tops Country Singles Chart With ‘Come Over’

Kenny Chesney has topped the charts for the 24th time in his career with his latest single, ‘Come Over.’ The tune comes in at No. 1 this week on both the Billboard and Mediabase / Country Aircheck charts. ‘Come Over’ has quickly become one of the biggest hits of Chesney’s career, topping the charts after only 11 weeks.
Penned by Sam Hunt, Shane McAnally and Josh Osbourne, the hit single was also recently certified gold for digital downloads exceeding 500,000 copies sold. ‘Come Over’ is also the second release from his new studio album, ‘Welcome to the Fishbowl,’ which already produced the smash Top 10 hit ’Feel Like a Rock Star,’ his duet with his tourmate, Tim McGraw.
The Brothers of the Sun Tour has become one of he summer’s biggest treks, outselling many other top-name artists of all genres. The road run will continue this weekend with stops in New Orleans, La. and Houston, Texas.
