Jesse Ventura is at it again. The former Navy Seal and Minnesota Governor has started a new lawsuit seeking profit from 'American Sniper.' How low can one go?

We all remember last year when Jesse Ventura sued the wife of slain Navy Seal Sniper Chris Kyleand HarperCollins. Ventura won the lawsuit based on defamation of character. He won $1.8 million on the lawsuit.

Even though many of his own friends said you don't mess with the Seal brotherhood, he sued anyway. Many in his own camp asked him to drop the lawsuit (for getting his ass kicked), but the money was more important than the brotherhood.

Now, Jesse Ventura is suing HarperCollins because if it hadn't been for the book, "American Sniper" would not be a box-office hit making over $100 million so far. So, he wants to cash in once again. Ventura said all he wanted to do was "clear his name" and he did that by winning the lawsuit. So, why sue now Jesse? For the money, that's why; just like the first time.

Here I thought Michael Moore was pathetic (he still is) for what he has said, but Ventura has taken this to a whole new low.

Ready for one of the toughest hypothetical questions ever? If you HAD TO, the whole gun to the head thing, would you rather go to dinner with Michael Moore or Jesse Ventura?
